Websites that turn up
when locals search

Duke & Co is a one-person web studio in Dunedin. I build custom websites for Dunedin small businesses on a flat monthly fee — no setup cost, no lock-in, ongoing edits included. First ten customers pay $79/mo for year one. Nine spots left.

Honest answers. In the contract, not just the homepage

Q01 Who owns the domain? +
You do. It's registered in your name, under your business email. If you ever leave, you take yourname.co.nz with you. I'll help transfer it.
Q02 What if Duke & Co shuts down? +
Your site stays online for 90 days while you migrate. I export the content, hand over the domain, introduce you to a hosting option I trust. That's in every contract.
Q03 How many edits per month? +
Reasonable ones. Menu changes, new photos, blog posts, hours updates. Most clients send 1–4 a month. I don't count them.
Q04 Is there really no setup fee? +
Really. First invoice arrives the day the site goes live. If we meet for coffee and don't proceed, you owe nothing.
Q05 Can I cancel? +
Yes. After the 3-month minimum it's month-to-month. Site stays up 90 days, domain is yours, content handed back in an open format.
Q06 What does “Dunedin” mean? +
It means Dunedin. Not “Otago”, not “the South Island”. I work from home in North East Valley, and I'll meet you wherever suits — your café, your shop, your kitchen table.
— the only button that matters —

Coffee? My shout.

30 minutes, your café, anywhere in Dunedin. I'll bring my laptop and three sites I've built recently. You bring whatever website you've got now — or don't.
